I own a G1 iPod Touch and am experiencing far to many bugs for it to be playable.

The menu seems to respond fine, and I can start a new game. Once in game the controls are either completely unresponsive or lag by a few seconds. The seems to run fine (controls aside). Enemies still move and shoot, etc. After a minute or two of this, the game will often crash.

It should be noted that it does this every time I launch it, without fail.

Any ideas on how to fix it? Can I get a refund?

Hi,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the game.
We have got a few complaints from 1Gen iPod users and are currently looking in to the responsiveness issue. We are planning to release a fix in approximately 2 weeks from today.
The same release will also have a number of other bug fixes as well as new level sets.
Meanwhile,
- try rebooting your device before playing the game. This may free up some resources
- use landscape-right layout (the power button on the right)

If you are not willing to wait for the fixes, you should be able to claim your refund trough Apple's customer service.

Hey guys, some bugs from 1.5.

- Music settings aren't saved. I dislike the music, so this one is quite annoying.

-Clicking on the map cycles the background colours waaay to fast on the 3gs. How about a 'one click' colour change?

-Also with the map- if the controls aren't set up right, the scrolling is also waaay too fast (the basic control setups, for example). You should look into the timing of this kind of thing.

-There's some sound corruption at the end of the credits.

-Choosing a character instantly moves to the next screen. How about one click showing the character, and a second click continues on with the game? There are lots of solutions obviously.

-Sometimes when you die, and the camera spins around you, the player's gun is still visible.
